TARA WOERNER

Hello!  My name is Tara; I am the behind the scenes girl!  Never in a million years did I think I would be running a business with my husband, Bryant.  I love each and every moment of it.  I love helping people become successful, and that is what our business strives to do!

I have an amazing family with my husband.  It consists of two french bulldogs (Lana and Halsey) and one bearded dragon (Garfunkel).  I love my family more than words could possibly explain, and I am truly grateful for each day I spend with them.

I strive to be the best person I can be each and every day.  Be better than your yesterday is something I tell myself daily.  With that being said, health and fitness is a huge love of mine.  In my spare time, I enjoy training clients and training in the gym myself.  I am passionate about picking up heavy weight, and in May of 2014 I competed in my first powerlifting meet and have been in love with the sport since.
